About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee area. The role involves organizing and presenting products for leading sports, outdoor, fitness, and health brands, while sharing observations that can improve the customer shopping experience. The position offers a flexible schedule and independent work. Store visits are typically on weekdays, and the merchandiser stays connected with the team remotely. The company develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs, manages a network of more than 500 field professionals, and analyzes program results for the brands it represents.
