About The Position

SPAR is hiring part-time Retail Merchandisers to service a variety of clients and retailers through ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits. Merchandising work is generally scheduled within a client’s service window rather than fixed hours, offering a flexible schedule. The role may involve servicing products, completing resets and product cut-ins, handling returns, placing point-of-purchase materials, and performing other general merchandising activities. Work may require travel between stores to set up or display merchandise and current promotions.

Requirements

Merchandising and/or retail experience.
Availability during weekday daytime hours.
Ability to understand planograms.
Ability to repeatedly carry and lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Internet access with an active email address.
Android or iOS smartphone and/or tablet for wireless reporting.
Reliable transportation; some travel is involved.

Responsibilities

Meet with the site or department manager, as applicable, to review service-call objectives.
Locate displays.
Remove old product from displays.
Complete full inventory and scanning.
Validate product stocking, merchandising, and display systems using planograms.
Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards.
Travel between stores as needed to manage merchandise setup, displays, or current promotions.
Complete the call form and upload photos.
Report completed client work on the same day as service.
