About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to support sporting goods stores in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The role involves organizing and presenting products and displays for leading sports, outdoor, fitness, and health brands, while sharing observations that can improve the shopping experience. The merchandiser works independently, makes a flexible schedule, and stays connected with the team remotely. Store visits typically take place on weekdays.

The company develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs, manages a network of more than 500 field professionals, and analyzes program results for the brands it represents. These programs help consumers find sporting goods and apparel that suit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
• Communicate and build relationships with store managers and staff.
• Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
• Take before-and-after photographs of merchandising work.
• Observe and report on what is and is not working in stores.
• Complete professionally written online reports and share brand and shopping-experience insights.
