About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser, also described as a Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep, to support sporting goods stores in the Grapevine, Texas area. The role involves organizing and presenting sports, outdoor, fitness, and health products and serving as a brand representative by sharing store-level observations and insights.

The merchandiser works independently and follows a flexible schedule, with store visits typically on weekdays. They use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule visits, and submit reports; communicate with store managers and staff; follow planograms; take before-and-after photos; and report observations about merchandising performance. The role requires remote communication with the team and travel between stores.
