About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser, also described as a Sell-Through Specialist or Brand Rep, to support sporting goods stores in the Plano, South East Texas area. The role involves organizing and presenting sporting goods and apparel brands in stores, following planograms, and sharing observations that can improve the shopping experience and brand performance. The merchandiser works independently, while staying connected with the company remotely. Store visits are typically on weekdays, and scheduling is flexible. Franklin Retail Solutions works with brands in the sports, outdoor, fitness, and health industries. It develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs; manages a network of more than 500 field professionals; and analyzes program results for represented brands.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
Build relationships and communicate with store managers and staff.
Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
Take before-and-after photographs of merchandising work.
Observe and report on what is working and what could be improved in stores.
Manage time and territory while working independently and communicating remotely.
Complete professionally written online reports.
