About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to support sporting goods stores in the Fort Worth, Texas area. The role involves organizing and presenting sporting goods and apparel displays, representing brands in stores, and reporting observations that can improve the shopping experience. Merchandisers work independently, set their own schedules, and stay connected with the team remotely. Store visits typically take place on weekdays.

Franklin Retail Solutions works with brands in the sports, outdoor, fitness, and health industries. The company develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs; manages a network of more than 500 field professionals; and analyzes program results for its clients.

Responsibilities

• Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
• Communicate with store managers and staff and build store relationships.
• Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
• Take before-and-after photographs of merchandising work.
• Observe and report what is working and what could be improved.
• Manage time and territory while working independently and communicating remotely.
