About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. The role involves organizing, styling, and showcasing brands in stores and sharing observations that can improve the shopping experience. Work is performed independently, with remote communication with the team. The schedule is flexible, and store visits typically take place on weekdays. The merchandiser uses the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports. They work with store managers and staff, follow planograms, take before-and-after photos, and report on merchandising results. Candidates need retail or merchandising experience, attention to detail, communication skills, a smartphone or tablet, reliable transportation, and high-speed internet.
