About The Position

The Retail Merchandiser services retail accounts in the Denver, Aurora, and Commerce City territory, helping bring pet brands to store shelves. This is an independent, on-the-go role involving travel between retail locations in a personal vehicle. The position is full-time, with 40 or more hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 a.m.; weekends are not required. Pay is up to $19.50 depending on experience, with mileage reimbursement of $0.56 per mile and a $50 monthly phone stipend.

Merchandisers receive, unpack, scan, and stock products; keep shelves organized and stocked according to planograms; place replenishment orders; build relationships with store teams and receiving staff; maintain displays and promotional signage; handle returns and coordinate pickups and deliveries; and stay connected by email and voicemail for updates and instructions. They provide customer service and drive safely between retail locations.

Requirements

• Previous merchandising experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfort using scanners, box cutters, carts, and dollies.
• Smartphone and access to a computer.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance; must have a van or SUV.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, pull, and stay active throughout the shift.
