About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and placing products. The role supports merchandising in new and existing accounts and offers an opportunity to develop sales skills. It requires reliable transportation to travel to customer accounts daily and responsible handling of beverage alcohol products and interactions with the public. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with a $2,400 annual car allowance, a company-issued gas card, and a $500 sign-on bonus. This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time-off benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older to apply.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to accounts daily.
Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

Merchandise new and existing accounts daily by stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, managing point-of-sale materials, and completing store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Build rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
Share feedback with sales team members to identify brand and category opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold-box facings.
Communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities.
Learn and develop knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirits brands and products for customers.
Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and conduct safe, responsible interactions with the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.
