About The Position

SPAR is seeking part-time Retail Merchandisers to service a variety of clients and retailers through weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits. Most work is scheduled within a client-defined time window rather than fixed hours, offering a flexible schedule. Merchandisers may work with various products and perform resets, product cut-ins, returns, point-of-purchase placement, and other general merchandising activities. Work may involve traveling between stores to set up displays, merchandise products, or support current promotions. Requirements

Merchandising and/or retail experience.
Availability during weekday daytime hours.
Ability to understand planograms.
Ability to repeatedly carry and lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Internet access and an active email address.
An Android or iOS smartphone and/or tablet for wireless reporting.
Reliable transportation; some travel is involved.

Responsibilities

Meet with the site or department manager, as applicable, to review service-call objectives.
Locate displays.
Remove old products from displays.
Complete full inventory and scanning.
Validate product stocking, merchandising, and display systems using planograms.
Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards.
Travel between stores as needed to manage merchandise setup, displays, or current promotions.
Complete the call form and upload photos taken.
Report client work completions on the same day as service.
