About The Position

This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of brand, sales, and retail operations. As our first dedicated Retail Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end brand experience across all wholesale and retail partner channels — from the planogram to the merchandising. You will be the face of Lola Blankets to our retail partners, setting and enforcing the visual and brand standards that make our product unmissable at shelf. This role reports into the Commercial Team and works cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or account marketing — with a demonstrated track record in consumer goods, lifestyle, home, beauty, or fashion.
  • Experience developing and executing co-branded retail marketing programs, including in-store activations, seasonal campaigns, and product launch programs.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and the procurement and logistics of physical marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience working with major department stores and/or e-commerce retailers.
  • Proficiency in visual communication tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail for visual execution.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently while traveling.
  • Data-fluent: comfortable pulling sell-through reports, interpreting account performance data, and translating numbers into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be based in Brooklyn, NY, or Salt Lake City, UT.
