Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
Ensure every guest receives exceptional, world-class service.
Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing team member development.
Create team schedules and manage labor to meet business needs.
Lead daily operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance to achieve store goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
Foster team engagement through regular communication, coaching, and accountability.
Build product knowledge and ensure the team confidently assists guests.
Collaborate with other retail leaders to support the success of Kitchen Kettle Village.
All other related duties as required or assigned.
