About The Position

Omada is bringing an AI-powered marketing platform to Mexico's millions of small businesses. This role is a build role where you will own the country's go-to-market strategy, grow the field organization from its current core into a nationwide team, and lay the foundation for greater LATAM expansion. The position starts as a contract role and is designed to convert to a permanent, full-time position as the company establishes a local entity in Mexico. This is an opportunity to build a country from the ground up at the intersection of AI and local business, and to own the outcome.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both required).
  • Proven field marketing or field sales leadership experience, including building and leading on-the-ground sales or field teams, ideally distributed and/or commission-based.
  • Deep understanding of the Mexican market and the small-business/local-business landscape, including how they buy, what they value, and how to reach them.
  • A builder mentality: hands-on, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by an early-stage environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills: ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain a field team, and set a high bar and a winning culture.
  • Data-driven: comfortable owning targets, metrics, and a P&L view of the market.

Nice To Haves

  • LATAM experience or knowledge.
  • SMB SaaS, marketing technology, or AI product experience.
  • Experience with commission-based or agent/field-rep sales models.
  • An existing network of field sales talent in Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Own Mexico growth, including recruiting, training, field operations, and conversion targets for the Vanguardia Territory Partner organization.
  • Scale the field organization from the current core into a nationwide field force.
  • Develop leads, set the daily operating rhythm, and build the culture for the team.
  • Hit weekly and monthly conversion goals, own the metrics, and run the daily cadence that drives them.
  • Localize Omada's field go-to-market strategy, pricing offers, and messaging for the Mexican market, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams at HQ.
  • Drive local demand generation, partnerships, events, and brand presence through field marketing initiatives.
  • Open new cities beyond Mexico City (e.g., Guadalajara, Monterrey) and help chart the path into the rest of LATAM.

Benefits

  • Performance bonus tied to Mexico growth targets.
  • The role is designed to convert to a permanent, full-time position with expanded compensation.
