About The Position

WIS International is hiring Retail Inventory Associates (Part Time) with higher starting pay! This role is for individuals looking for an active job that rewards hard work. You will help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as WIS International provides all the necessary training. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
• Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
• Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
• Ability to frequently use a ladder
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
• Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
