About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for a part-time Retail Inventory Associate. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. You will be responsible for accurately counting inventory in top retail stores. No prior inventory experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. This is an active job where you will be on your feet for most of your shift, performing tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. The role requires working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy staying active and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
