About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate. This role offers higher starting pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The job involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. This is an active job that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds, all while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations
