About The Position

WIS International is looking for active individuals to join their team as a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months and additional earning potential up to $5.00 per hour. The company also offers a $200 referral bonus and a supportive environment that celebrates diversity.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
