Retail Associate – Inventory
About The Position
WIS International is looking for active individuals to help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, and additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. The company also offers a $200 referral bonus and a 401(k) program, along with Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability plans. There are also paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments, with the chance to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter (certification required). Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
- No degree required.
