About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count and record retail inventory at retailer locations. The role offers early-morning work, flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No inventory experience or degree is required; training is provided. Starting pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional hourly pay based on productivity and accuracy. The position involves working actively on your feet in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel to retail locations and occasional overnight assignments. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to perform active work involving extended standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting or carrying items up to 25 pounds.

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gaming, athletic, coaching, or general labor experience.
