About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count and record inventory at retail locations. The role is an active, early-morning position with flexible scheduling and paid training; inventory experience is not required. Starting pay is $12.50–$15.50 per hour, with performance-based increases and additional earning opportunities tied to productivity and accuracy. The position involves travel to retail locations and may include occasional overnight assignments. WIS offers reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have reliable transportation.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be comfortable using handheld technology.
Show attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, squat, and reach; climb ladders when needed; and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
No degree or prior inventory experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is valuable.
Ability to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter worker, with certification required.
