About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count and record retail inventory for top retailers. The role offers early-morning work, flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No inventory experience or degree is required. Associates travel to retail locations and may have occasional overnight assignments. Paid driver or pharmacy-counter opportunities may be available, with certification required for those roles.

This is an active position involving extended periods of standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, occasional ladder climbing, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. Associates work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
