About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate for morning shifts. The role involves traveling to retail locations and counting and recording inventory with handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with performance-based opportunities to earn more based on productivity and accuracy. The position is active and involves working on your feet in a fast-paced retail environment. Occasional overnight assignments and paid travel opportunities may be available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, squat, and reach; climb ladders when needed; and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehousing, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is valuable.
