About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associates – Drivers throughout the greater Boston Area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The hourly rate ranges from $17.50 to $22.50, based on current employee ranges for comparable positions. We are looking for individuals who are active and motivated by hard work. No prior inventory experience is necessary, as all training will be provided. This role is ideal for those who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to various retail locations.
