Retail Inventory Supervisor – Boston Area
About The Position
This part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor role is perfect for individuals who excel at training, coaching, and driving for results with a focus on accuracy and consistency. The position is urgently hiring throughout the greater Boston Area, including Dorchester, Chelsea, Jamaica Plain, and Cambridge. The company offers flexible scheduling and paid training. The role involves coaching and developing Inventory Associates, serving as a point of contact for inventory concerns, partnering with management for operational excellence, maintaining high accuracy, and traveling to retail locations. The supervisor is expected to lead by example and embody the company's core values.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns
- Partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Travel to retail locations
