About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Baton Rouge Area, including Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Alexandria. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and are rewarded for hard work. No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.
