Retail Inventory Associate Driver - Naugatuck Valley Area
About The Position
WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the greater Naugatuck Valley Area, including Middletown, Wallingford, Watertown, Rocky Hill, and Southington. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $23.00, based on current employee ranges for comparable positions. The company is looking for individuals who are active and reward hard work, providing all necessary training. Benefits include earning up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning potential up to $5.00 per hour. A $200 referral bonus is also offered. Employees have access to a 401(k) program, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability plans. There are paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments, with the chance to become a certified paid pharmacy counter. Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.
- No degree required.

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
- Travel to retail locations.
