Retail Inventory Associate - Naugatuck Valley Area
About The Position
WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the greater Naugatuck Valley Area, including Middletown, Wallingford, Watertown, Rocky Hill and Southington. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The hourly rate range is $18.00 - $23.00, based on actual ranges for comparable positions. No prior inventory experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. This role is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Associates will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintain accuracy, meet productivity goals, and travel to retail locations. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
- Certification required for opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter
