About The Position

As the Retail General Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the store, including revenue, profitability, and financial reporting. You set the tone by building a strong employee culture and driving sales excellence. You work with employees, vendor partners, and peers at nearby Best Buy stores to deliver excellent customer experiences. The role includes leading the team toward financial targets and strong customer experiences, hiring and developing talent, maintaining an organized and well-stocked sales floor, coaching the leadership team, and managing labor and scheduling according to business needs.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher in business or related fields.
• Retail experience.
• Consumer electronics experience.
