About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer orders. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include fulfilling orders, preparing and shipping them according to quality standards, processing merchandise shipments using inventory management systems, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. This is a seasonal position at Brea Mall.

Requirements

Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative.

Have organizational skills and attention to detail.
Be able to use a variety of technology and new computer applications.
Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching, and frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Be able to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
