About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics by fulfilling customer orders, preparing merchandise for shipment, processing and researching shipments through inventory management systems, and helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The position also provides general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

• Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

• Meet the stated physical demands, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; and handling bulky or awkwardly shaped merchandise, including reaching overhead to lift items.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
