About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment employee supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment while helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The role includes receiving, unloading, unpacking, and delivering merchandise; fulfilling and shipping customer orders to quality standards; and using inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments. The employee also provides general store support, including special-event setup, backroom organization, markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The position requires frequent physical activity and handling merchandise, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds on occasion.

• Able to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Able to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
