Seasonal Retail Fulfillment Support Associate, San Francisco Union Square
About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment duties, including selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and support positive interactions while contributing to sales, customer loyalty, and store operations. The work also includes receiving merchandise, tagging and organizing stock, recovering sales floors and fitting rooms, updating signs and prices, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, complete orders, and help prepare the store and stockroom for the next day. The position requires teamwork, customer service, adaptability, and attention to operational details. It is seasonal, and schedules include weekend shifts; availability may be needed for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Select merchandise and fulfill online orders, including packing and shipping them accurately.
- Assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues professionally.
- Receive and tag merchandise and organize the stockroom.
- Recover sales floors and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare for the next day.
- Collaborate with teammates to support customers and store operations.
