Retail Fulfillment Associate, Modesto Vintage Fair - Full Time
About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines customer engagement on the sales floor with back-of-house fulfillment, including selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and contribute through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence. The work includes preparing the store for the day, reviewing goals and promotions, receiving and tagging merchandise, and organizing the stockroom. Colleagues assist customers in person and during curbside pickups, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock and move merchandise, support sales goals, share loyalty benefits, and complete orders. They also organize the stockroom and help prepare the team for the next day. This full-time position typically involves 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Select merchandise and pack and ship online orders accurately and carefully.
- Assist with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Receive and tag merchandise and organize the stockroom.
- Review goals, learn about products and promotions, and prepare the store for daily operations.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
- Complete orders, organize the stockroom, and help set the team up for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support customers and teammates with honesty, care, and professionalism.
