About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create positive holiday shopping experiences. You learn customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They build customer relationships through friendly, personal conversations; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise, processing damages and vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves; and share loyalty program benefits while providing a courteous close to each interaction. Teamwork, continuous learning, and achieving individual and store results are emphasized.
