About The Position

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment: selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and helping with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and support smooth, positive interactions. Attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence help drive sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and support store success. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions. They receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom. Customer-facing work includes greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and fulfilling orders accurately and on time. Colleagues also recover sales floors and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, support merchandise moves, share loyalty program benefits, and help customers complete purchases. At the end of the day, they organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare for the next day. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The job requires frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers. Physical requirements include talking, lifting, moving, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
