As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you create a welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. You provide personalized fragrance recommendations based on customers’ style, mood, and preferences; demonstrate and sell fragrances and related beauty products; and educate customers about fragrance notes, layering techniques, and usage. You foster customer relationships, anticipate needs, and support a seamless shopping experience. You help prepare and maintain the sales floor by reviewing sales goals, learning about new products, trends, and promotions, merchandising merchandise, processing damages and testers, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. You promote loyalty benefits, acquire new customers by opening credit accounts, meet sales goals, and collaborate with teammates to deliver strong customer and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
