About The Position

We're hiring Retail Energy Advisors to join our growing team inside high-traffic retail locations. In this customer-facing role, you'll educate shoppers about energy savings programs and help them find opportunities to lower their monthly electric bills. Requirements

Familiar with basic smartphone or tablet technology.
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Educate shoppers about electricity savings programs and available energy plan options.
Identify opportunities to help customers reduce their monthly energy costs.
Explain energy solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
Assist eligible customers with enrolling in qualifying energy programs.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
Meet daily and weekly customer engagement goals.
Stay current on energy products, promotions, and program updates through ongoing training.
Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
