About The Position
Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking high-energy, customer-focused individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Service Advisors. This role is ideal for those motivated by interacting with people and working around powersports vehicles. Prior experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and building excitement for working with the dealership.
- Scheduling service appointments.
- Creating repair orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Completing the vehicle check-in process.
- Communicating updates to customers.
- Logging customer concerns for the tech team.
- Recommending service work, accessories, and upgrades.
- Ensuring the smooth and timely operation of the service department.
