Retail Display Merchandiser - Grand Rapids Territory
About The Position
The Full-Time Retail Display Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising WK Kellogg Co products for the Meijer account in the Grand Rapids, Michigan territory. The role involves building, filling, and maintaining displays and providing in-store merchandising service at assigned stores. The position reports to a Market Execution Manager, with direct reporting to the Retail Sales Lead for the geographic territory. The ideal candidate lives within 20 miles of the territory center. Mileage between stores is reimbursed, and a phone stipend is provided for apps used during working hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day and stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, repeatedly climb ladders and step stools, and repeatedly reach above the shoulders.
- Ability to visit assigned stores during the shift.
- Ability to use a personal vehicle.
- No more than two moving violations within the last 36 months.
- Ability to work a full shift, arrive on time, and work according to the schedule necessary to meet job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores to provide in-store merchandising service.
- Ensure products are properly rotated, placed, and faced.
- Build, fill, and maintain product displays.
- Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Use accessibility apps while in stores to report hours worked and daily tasks and to communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
- Work overtime as needed and follow the schedule necessary to meet job requirements.
