About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to assist customers at the point of sale and checkout. The role supports customer satisfaction and repeat business while helping maintain department standards and store operations. The position is seasonal and pays $17–$20 per hour. Shifts may include hours before and after the store is open to the public, as well as mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for shifts that may include hours before and after the store is open to the public, mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers at the point of sale and checkout, building repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean work area, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish products, and participate in merchandising activities.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss-prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
