Retail Customer Service Cashier
About The Position
At Love’s, Retail Customer Service Cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean areas, and provide customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. Duties vary based on business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No experience is required; training is provided. The role involves helping customers, processing transactions, supporting food safety, and cleaning assigned work areas and other store facilities. Team members may also cross-train in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires moving and lifting more than 25 pounds and working in various temperatures.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Help customers find items, answer questions about products and services, and address customer needs.
- Complete customer transactions and balance the cash register while offering additional sales opportunities and following state and local laws.
- Use a variety of methods and technology to maintain proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products.
- Clean the direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Potentially cross-train in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
