About The Position

Love’s cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean areas, and provide customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. Duties vary according to business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No experience is required; training is provided. The role may include cross-training in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. Cashiers must be able to move and lift more than 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find items, answer questions about products and services, and address customer needs.
• Complete customer transactions, balance the cash register, and offer additional sales opportunities while following state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to maintain proper food-safety conditions for fresh food and deli products.
• Clean the direct work area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas and diesel pumps; complete trash runs.
• Potentially cross-train in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
