About The Position
As a full-time Retail Customer Service Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Guest Relations Team. You will provide guests with a positive, informative, and quality experience, enhance tours through the sale of branded merchandise at “Miller, The Brewery Shop,” create inviting merchandising displays, operate POS register systems, and assist with preparing, tagging, and stocking retail merchandise. You will consistently provide a knowledgeable and friendly customer experience while adhering to MCBC safety protocols. This position reports to the Retail Supervisor.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and/or walk and climb stairs daily.

Responsibilities
