About The Position

The Co Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. This role builds and leads a sales team focused on selling merchandise and delivering a positive associate and customer experience. Responsibilities span merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. The role supports a new store in Bradford, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of retail management experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.

Nice To Haves

Management experience with Walmart, 5 Below, Burlington Stores, Big Lots, Dollar General, Rural King, Gabe’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, or Bed Bath & Beyond translates well to the opportunity.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and ensure company standards are consistently reflected in associate and customer interactions.
Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
Develop and execute talent planning to support associate growth.
Ensure scheduling and staffing meet business needs.
Perform store opening and closing functions when needed.
Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
