About The Position

The Co Team Leader (CTL) provides leadership for the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area. The role creates and leads a sales team focused on selling merchandise and delivering a positive associate and customer experience. Responsibilities span merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. The CTL works with the Store Team Leader to meet financial and operational goals and may perform store opening and closing functions as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of retail management experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports.
Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and ensure company standards are consistently demonstrated in associate and customer interactions.
Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
Develop and execute talent planning to support associate growth.
Ensure scheduling and staffing meet the needs of the business.
Perform store opening and closing functions when needed.
Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
