Retail Cashier
About The Position
As a Retail Cashier, you greet customers, provide a positive checkout experience, and help ensure customers leave satisfied. Most of your time is spent at the register, with additional work supporting stocking, cleaning, deliveries, food service, and the overall customer experience. The role is part-time, scheduled Friday through Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., in a store that operates 24/7. The pay is $15.50 per hour. Overnight shifts from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. receive an additional $1.00 per hour. The position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements

- Meet legal age requirements to sell regulated products such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Be available for a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and thank them for their business.
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional checkout experiences.
- Promote store specials and suggest additional purchases.
- Ring up sales accurately and follow company policies, including policies for restricted product sales such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and stocking the food service area.
- Follow food handling, preparation, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Rotate and properly label inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
