About The Position

Join Jacksons as a Retail Cashier / Customer Service Associate, serving customers at the register and helping keep the store stocked, clean, and welcoming. The role includes providing friendly, professional service, processing transactions, supporting store operations, and maintaining foodservice and coffee areas. This is a part-time position with shifts between 5:00 a.m. and midnight. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Stores operate 24/7 and require flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Work safely in conditions involving heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly attitude.
Deliver a fast, accurate, and professional checkout experience.
Promote current sales and specials and suggest products to enhance the customer experience.
Process transactions accurately and responsibly, including alcohol and tobacco sales in accordance with legal age requirements.
Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including fuel islands.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, organized products.
Help maintain foodservice and coffee areas by cleaning and restocking.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned.
