About The Position

Love’s Retail Cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean spaces and providing customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. They may perform a variety of duties based on business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may include cross-training in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find items, answer questions about products and services, and address customer needs.
• Complete customer transactions, balance the cash register, and offer additional sales opportunities while following state and local laws.
• Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products.
• Clean the assigned working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
• Cross-train in other departments, potentially including Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
