Retail Cashier/Customer Service
About The Position
The Retail Cashier/Customer Service employee is the face of the store, greeting customers and providing a friendly, professional checkout experience. Most work is performed at the register, with additional duties supporting store operations and the overall customer experience, including stocking, cleaning, receiving deliveries, and assisting in the food service area. The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement. This is a full-time evening shift, starting at 2:00 p.m. and ending at midnight. Store operations run 24/7, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Starting pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

- In Nevada, must meet the legal age requirement to work near slot machines.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch, and talk and listen.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
- Work safely in conditions involving heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes, chemicals, or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and thank them for their business.
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional checkout experiences.
- Promote store specials and suggest additional purchases.
- Ring up sales accurately and follow company policies, including policies on restricted product sales such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and stocking the food service area.
- Follow food handling, preparation, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Rotate and properly label inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
