About The Position

The Retail Cashier/Customer Service employee is the face of the store, greeting customers and helping ensure a positive experience. Most of the role is spent at the register, providing fast, friendly, professional checkout service, while also supporting stocking, cleaning, deliveries, food service, and general store operations. This is a full-time evening position beginning at 2:00 p.m. and ending at midnight. Stores operate 24/7, so flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. The stated pay starts at $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

• In Nevada, must meet legal age requirements to work near slot machines.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch, and talk and listen.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
• Work safely in conditions involving heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes, chemicals, or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and thank them for their business.
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional checkout experiences.
• Promote store specials and suggest additional purchases.
• Ring up sales accurately and follow company policies, including policies for restricted product sales such as alcohol and tobacco.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and stocking the food service area.
• Follow food handling, preparation, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Rotate and properly label inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
